There may be times when you don’t want to hear any sound coming from Facebook. Maybe you’re in a meeting and don’t want to be distracted, or maybe you’re trying to go to sleep and don’t want any noise coming from your computer. Whatever the reason, it’s easy to disable the sound on Facebook.

To turn off the sound on Facebook, first open the Facebook website. Then, click on the small down arrow in the top right corner of the website. This will open a drop-down menu.

From the drop-down menu, select the "Settings" option. This will open the Facebook settings page.

On the settings page, find the "Audio" section. In the "Audio" section, you will see a setting called "Enable sound." This setting is currently set to "On."

To disable the sound on Facebook, change the "Enable sound" setting to "Off." Once you have done this, the sound on Facebook will be disabled.
