Uploading your own sound to TikTok is a quick and easy process. To get started, open the app and tap the "+" in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Then, select "Record a Video" and tap the microphone icon to begin recording. When you’re finished, tap the "Done" button and select "My Sounds" from the menu.

To upload a sound, tap the "Upload" button and select the file from your device. You can then choose to add the sound to your profile, a video, or a group. Once the sound has been uploaded, you can play it back and adjust the volume.

Note that sounds can only be used in videos that are six seconds or shorter. If you want to use a sound in a longer video, you’ll need to split it into multiple parts.
