There are a few different ways that you can screen record with sound on your computer. In this article, we will go over the three most common methods.

Option 1: Use the built-in recording software on your computer

Many computers come with built-in software that allows you to record your screen and audio simultaneously. To use this software, simply open it up and press the Record button. Once you have finished recording, press the Stop button to save the file.

Option 2: Use a third-party screen recording software

If your computer doesn’t have built-in software that allows you to record your screen and audio simultaneously, you can use a third-party screen recording software. There are many different options available, but one of our favourites is OBS (Open Broadcaster Software).

OBS is free and open source software that allows you to record your screen and audio simultaneously. It is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux, and it has a wide variety of features that make it a great choice for screen recording.

To use OBS, simply download and install it on your computer. Once it is installed, open it up and click the + button to add a new source. Select Screen Capture and then select the area of your screen that you want to record.

Next, select the audio input that you want to use. You can select either the microphone or the system audio. If you want to record your voice, select the microphone. If you want to record the audio from your computer, select the system audio.

Once you have selected the audio input, simply press the Start Recording button to start recording. When you are finished, press the Stop Recording button to save the file.

Option 3: Use a web-based screen recording tool

If you want to record your screen and audio online, you can use a web-based screen recording tool. One of our favourites is Screencast-O-Matic.

Screencast-O-Matic is a free and easy to use screen recording tool that allows you to record your screen and audio simultaneously. It is available for Windows and Mac, and it has a wide variety of features that make it a great choice for screen recording.

To use Screencast-O-Matic, simply visit the website and click the Start Recording button. Once you are ready to start recording, press the Start Recording button. When you are finished, press the Stop Recording button to save the file.
