If you’re an Amazon Music Unlimited subscriber and you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so through the Amazon Music app on your Alexa-enabled device.

To cancel your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription through the Amazon Music app on your Alexa-enabled device:

1. Open the Amazon Music app.

2. Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.

3. Tap Your Account.

4. Tap Manage Your Amazon Music Unlimited Subscription.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

6. Tap Yes, Cancel My Subscription to confirm the cancellation.

7. The subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer be charged for it.
