To get sound when screen recording using QuickTime Player, open QuickTime Player and click on the File menu. Then, click on New Screen Recording.
In the window that appears, click on the Record button. Then, select the audio input device that you want to use.
To get sound when screen recording using macOS, open System Preferences and click on the Sound pane.
In the Sound pane, click on the Input tab. Then, select the audio input device that you want to use.
You can also get sound when screen recording by using an external microphone. To do this, connect the microphone to your Mac and select it as the input device in the Sound pane of System Preferences.
