There may be times when you want to play a video on your computer in a team setting, with sound, so that everyone can see and hear it. Here’s how to do it.

First, make sure that the video you want to play is compatible with the software you’re using. Many video formats, such as MP4, AVI, and MOV, are compatible with most software. However, there are some exceptions, so check the compatibility of your video file before you try to play it.

Next, open the software you want to use to play the video. For most software, this will involve opening a program such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, or Google Slides.

Then, locate the video you want to play and drag it into the software window.

If the software you’re using has audio capabilities, the video will automatically play with sound. If the software doesn’t have audio capabilities, you can still play the video with sound by clicking on the sound icon in the toolbar.

Finally, if you want the video to play continuously, make sure to set the "loop" option in the toolbar. This will cause the video to play over and over again until you stop it.
