To save a video with music on Instagram, simply follow these steps:

1. Open Instagram and find the video you want to save.

2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the video.

3. Tap "Share."

4. Tap "Copy Link."

5. Paste the link into a new browser tab or window.

6. Right-click the video and select "Save Video As."

7. Choose a location on your computer to save the file and click "Save."
