Screen recording with sound is a handy way to capture all the action on your screen, as well as the audio from your computer or microphone. There are a couple of different ways to do this, so we’ll show you the best methods for both Windows and Mac.

For Windows users

To screen record with sound on Windows, you can use either the built-in Game Bar or the free Movavi Screen Recorder.

To use the Game Bar, just open the Xbox app and click the “Record” button. Then select “Start Recording” and choose the audio input you want to use.

If you want more control over your recordings, you can use Movavi Screen Recorder. This software lets you record your screen and audio in high quality, and also offers a range of editing tools to improve your recordings.

To start recording, just open Movavi Screen Recorder and click the “REC” button. Then select the audio input you want to use and start recording.

For Mac users

To screen record with sound on a Mac, you can use either Quicktime or the free ScreenFlow.

Quicktime is a built-in Mac application that lets you record your screen and audio in high quality. To start recording, just open Quicktime and click the “File” menu. Then select “New Screen Recording” and choose the audio input you want to use.

If you want more features, such as editing and annotations, then you can use ScreenFlow. This software is designed for screen recording and offers a wide range of features.
