Are you looking to trim your sound on TikTok? Whether you want to remove background noise or just shorten your clip, we’ll show you how to do it!

First, open the app and find the clip you want to trim. Tap the three lines in the top left corner of the screen to open the menu, and then select “Edit.”

Once you’re in the editing screen, you can drag the slider at the beginning and end of the clip to shorten it. You can also tap the scissors icon to cut the clip.

If you want to remove background noise, tap the microphone icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will activate the noise removal tool.

You can then swipe left and right to adjust the sensitivity of the tool. Once you’re happy with the results, tap the checkmark icon to save your changes.
