How to play videos on iPhone

There are a few ways to play videos on your iPhone. We’ll show you two of the most common methods.

Method 1: using the default Videos app

The default Videos app is a great way to watch videos that are stored on your iPhone, as well as those that are stored on your iCloud account.

To watch a video, open the Videos app and tap on the video that you want to watch. The video will start playing on your iPhone.

You can also use the Videos app to watch videos that are stored on your computer or other device. To do this, open the Videos app and tap on the "Sources" tab. Then, tap on the "Add Files" tab.

Navigate to the folder that contains the video that you want to watch, select the video, and tap "Open". The video will start playing on your iPhone.

Method 2: using a third-party video player app

If you prefer to use a different video player app than the default Videos app, there are many great options available.

One of our favorites is VLC for Mobile. VLC is a free, open-source video player that supports a wide range of video formats.

To watch a video using VLC for Mobile, open the app and tap on the "File" tab. Then, navigate to the folder that contains the video that you want to watch and select the video. The video will start playing on your iPhone.
