Now That’s What I Call Music! 18 is a compilation album released in the United States on November 13, 2001. The album features nineteen tracks, including two number-one singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart: "Lady Marmalade" by Christina Aguilera, Mýa, Pink, and Lil’ Kim and "Bootylicious" by Destiny’s Child.

Now That’s What I Call Music! 18 debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, selling 663,000 copies in its first week. The album was certified six-times platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for shipments of six million copies in the United States. As of November 2016, the album has sold 5.5 million copies in the United States.

The first single released from Now That’s What I Call Music! 18 was "Lady Marmalade", which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
