There can be many reasons why your Bluetooth connection might be working but no sound is coming through. Below are some troubleshooting tips to help you identify and fix the problem.

First, make sure that both your device and your Bluetooth speaker are turned on and that the speaker is set to the correct mode. If the speaker is in pairing mode, it will be flashing blue.

If your device is not connecting to the speaker, make sure that the Bluetooth connection is enabled on your device. On an iPhone, for example, go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure that the Bluetooth switch is turned on.

If the speaker is connected but no sound is coming through, make sure that the volume is turned up on both the device and the speaker.

If you’re still not getting any sound, try resetting the speaker by pressing and holding the power button for about 10 seconds.
