The first thing to check is your phone’s volume. Make sure that the volume is turned up on your phone and that you’re not in silent mode.
If your volume is turned up and you’re still not getting any sound from Snapchat, you may need to update your app. To do this, open the App Store on your phone and tap the Updates tab. If there’s an update available for Snapchat, download and install it.
If you’re still not getting any sound from Snapchat, there may be a problem with your phone’s audio settings. To fix this, you’ll need to adjust your phone’s audio settings.
On an iPhone, open the Settings app and tap Sounds & Haptics. Scroll down and tap the button next to Ringer and Alerts. Make sure that the slider is in the green "on" position.
If you have an Android phone, open the Settings app and tap Sounds. Scroll down and tap the button next to Media Volume. Make sure that the slider is in the green "on" position.
If you’ve tried all of these troubleshooting tips and you’re still not getting any sound from Snapchat, there may be a problem with your device’s audio jack. If this is the case, you’ll need to take your phone to a technician to have the audio jack repaired or replaced.
