Apple Music is a music streaming service developed by Apple Inc. It was announced on June 8, 2015, and launched on June 30, 2015, in over 100 countries worldwide. Apple Music allows users to listen to music online, as well as download and listen to offline music.

There are a few reasons why Apple Music may not be downloading music. One reason may be that the user’s Apple Music subscription has not been activated. Another reason may be that the user’s iCloud Music Library is full. Finally, the user’s device may not have enough available storage to download the music.

If the user’s Apple Music subscription has not been activated, they can activate it by following these steps:

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap on Music.

3. Tap on Join Apple Music.

4. Enter your Apple ID and password, then tap Join.

If the user’s iCloud Music Library is full, they can delete some of their music in order to make room for the music they want to download from Apple Music. They can delete their music by following these steps:

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap on Music.

3. Tap on iCloud Music Library.

4. Tap on the Manage button.

5. Tap on the Edit button.

6. Tap on the songs that you want to delete.

7. Tap on the Delete button.

If the user’s device does not have enough available storage to download the music, they can free up storage space by following these steps:

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap on General.

3. Tap on Storage & iCloud Usage.

4. Tap on Manage Storage.

5. Tap on the app that you want to delete data from.

6. Tap on the Delete App button.

7. Tap on the Delete Data button.
