If you’re having trouble getting your Amazon Echo to play music, you’re not alone. Many users have reported this issue. There are a few things you can try to get your Echo to start playing music again.

The first thing you should do is check to make sure your Echo is connected to the internet. Make sure your Wi-Fi is turned on and that your Echo is within range of your router. If your Echo is connected to the internet and you’re still having trouble getting it to play music, try the following:

-Check the volume. Make sure your Echo’s volume is turned up all the way.

-Make sure the song you’re trying to play is available on Amazon Prime Music.

-Restart your Echo. To restart your Echo, hold down the microphone button on the top of the device for about five seconds until the light turns orange.

-Unplug your Echo and plug it back in.

If none of these solutions work, your Echo may need to be reset. To reset your Echo, hold down the microphone button on the top of the device for about 20 seconds until the light turns blue.
